Refund Policy

All payments made to Prestige Diagnostics are subject to the following terms:

No Refunds on Completed Services
Once services have been rendered—including drug testing, alcohol testing, DOT physicals, or other diagnostic services—all sales are final and non-refundable.

Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling without penalty
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments one (1) time without additional charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Prepaid Services
Prepaid services that have not yet been scheduled may be eligible for a refund at the sole discretion of Prestige Diagnostics, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Employer & Contracted Services
Refund terms for employer accounts or contracted services are governed by the signed service agreement.

Processing Fees
Any approved refunds may be subject to non-refundable payment processing fees.
